At Swaminathan Marine Surveyors, located in southern California, we employ a team of technical advisors involved with all aspects of Mercantile Marine transport related services such as: preloading, loading, and post-loading of various cargos (break-bulk, bulk, dry and containers). We also perform troubleshooting surveys on import and export containers, i.e. determine nature, cause and extent of a range of problems, and also offer recommendations for onward carriage to final destination. We also issue Letter of Credits / Compliance Surveys.
